  Walk-in order the space jam, did not receive what all of what I ordered. The person on my receipt did not use my phone # so my order did not come up on the system. Very upset with Pizza Hut because they have messed up my online account so I lost point and now my walking in my orders are being messed up.🤷🏾

  It was an awful experience. They said it would be ready in half an hour , an hour and a half later it was finally ready. There were 17 people waiting ahead of us, the people taking the order need to calculate the time better. Very dissatisfied

  I did an order last Sunday 01/25 on the Pizza Hut website for delivery. It was a snow day. However, the case the money was taken off my card and no pizza was ever delivered. I tried calling everyday and the phone rang a few times and goes into buzzy. I made a visit Wednesday 01/28/2026 and asked about my refund. The tall African American guy with a very nonchalant attitude, " yeah uhm it will take 5-7 days for your refund,we was closed". First off "yeah uhm" is very unprofessional! Need a class in customer service. Secondly why would any money be taken from anyone if the establishment is not open. Just like the phone wasn't answered and calls ignored, that charge on my card for an undelivered pizza should have been ignored as well. I'm not understanding why it would take this long for a refund to be returned and it was a debit which means you all have the money. I should be able to come there and get cash back for a service that was never provided. In which to me that's considered theft at this point. I need to speak to a manager not an unprofessional person at the counter that can't even look you in your face and speak. I want my money asap!

  Restaurant took our order online. Stated it would be delivered by 3:24pm. Never came and the store would not answer the phone. Our credit card was still charged.
