- PHPatricia Headrick3 days ago1.0Really frustrating experience with the Pizza Hut location on Tesson Ferry today. I placed an online order around 11:00 AM and received all the notifications that it was confirmed and on its way. Two hours later there was still no pizza and no update. I tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered. I contacted customer service and they told me I needed to reach the store directly. I also tried the online chat, but they weren’t able to help either. Thankfully my card wasn’t charged, but the lack of communication and inability to reach anyone made the whole experience really disappointing. I’m hoping someone from the store can look into what may have happened with the order.

We ordered white and they did red only. I couldn't even eat it. The toppings were sparce and it was just a mess for the price. I'l never order again and wish I had seen the 1 star reviews before ordering. Get some new managers or staff. Waste of money.
