  Was there at 5:30 am this morning and screen wasn’t working for breakfast, this dude was mad that I asked for a McGriddle, I have no clue what was wrong with this guy he was slamming the window I thought bro was bouta throw my iced coffee at me for real, dude didn’t say a word but slammed my card on the card reader, take a chill pill mac Donald’s or don’t open at 5

  Food was cold and thrown in the bag. Awful service. Mobile order was placed to pick up inside. Doors were locked so I had to go in the drive thru. Drive thru was terrible as well. Despite having two lane. They would take at least 2 orders from one lane and then go to the other. Please do not go to this McDonald's past a certain time. You will mot get good service.

  Was told to “wait in curbside spot #2” to wait for a Filet-O-Fish. After 15 minutes, nothing. Went around to drive through window again only for them to act confused saying “they had it, but couldn’t find me.” They refused me a refund and instead kept telling me to wait 5 more minutes. Terrible communication and service.

  The tables were all sticky not a single clean one play place has yellow substance on the play mat?? There were fries all over the floor in the sitting area of the play area the woman taking our order didn't know half of the things we ordered and didnt know how to use the register so I had to order a different meal (I assumed she was new which was fine it wasnt a big deal but the manager didnt know how to use the machine either🫩) overall gross environment bad service and cold fries

  Met by angry, hateful workers, who probably should be fired. The woman at the front counter didn't like being asked for a cup...slammed the food onto the counter when it came out...and was beyond rude. The male worker I was told is management, although there is no way he should be. Snacking on fries and other foods straight out of the fry bin, fingers in his toothless mouth as he worked. Rude. Told me I would have to pay extra for things that there IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR, ANYWHERE in the country. Another assistant manager and manager tried to fix the situation...but I would never go back to this location again, unless the first two workers were no longer working there. Not worth the hassle or treatment. Recommend you avoid this location.
