  I literally work overnights and wanted good i order it from the app and it let's me order lunch food from the app like normal everything is going well waiting for my food. The driver is there waiting for the food for almost an hour when they finally get told they can't make my lunch food. Like seriously ridiculous if I'm not allowed to order it then fix the app so I won't n waste so many ppl times

  Food was cold, burnt, hockey pucks. Fries stale,.cold, and soggy, so much salt you could SEE it built up like a crust. Missed order notes, like leaving off tomatoes, due to an allergy.... just a mess, however you look at it.

  Very slow staff. Been over 10 minutes and nothing yet. There was about 10 people standing and waiting when we got here but the dining area was almost empty.

  They close out the dining area early at night, and don’t order anything on the mobile app, because if they don’t have it, they won’t give you compensation, happened to me a few nights ago. Food is always cold and always small portion (on fries and drinks)

  Before today, I had not rolled the dice here in over a year, but it is safe to say that this location is vigorously working to maintain its claim as the worst run McDonald's on Planet Earth. The team member taking orders couldn't find items on the menu, the line moved glacially slow, the person at the back window needed to be reminded of my order, and even then, the order was messed up. Yikes. I did eat the food I received and haven't died yet, so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1.
