  I come here a lot after work and the food is literally never warm. The staff always looks like they hate you for walking into the door and never respond when I thank them. My order is often messed up as well and they don’t have sweet tea set out for you to get yourself. This past visit my coffee was a size smaller than I ordered. I literally never write reviews but it’s kinda amazing how poor the service is when all you have to do is make a damn hot cheeseburger and give me the right sized drink for me to be happy. Go to literally any other mcdonald’s.

  I am writing this review after calling the number of the ownership several times and complaining there and nothing changing. I don’t have super high expectations when I visit a McDonald’s. But at a minimum they should be opened when they say they are, which means not closing early at night. Also, if they’re going to have something on the menu, they should have all the tools that they need to make that item. A McFlurry is supposed to be an ice cream with blended pieces. , they should have all the tools that they need to make that item. A McFlurry is supposed to be a ice cream with blended pieces. They just serve ice cream with pieces on top and when I asked them to mix it, they say they don’t have the capability for that. One time I had a half frozen apple pie. One time I had all end pieces and no top bun for my cheeseburger. I just don’t understand how a McDonald’s could be so bad.

  The manager at this store on Saturdays days is a liar and said I got my food when I did not. They will make a mistake and give it someone else, and instead of admitting their mistake they call the customer a liar!! Shame on you lady, you should be embarrassed to act like a child and not just admit you made a mistake, BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY MAKE MISTAKES.

  This location is consistently good for what I want out of McDonald's, hot and as pictured. I grab the occasional breakfast, or dinner and never regret it. The morning crew is always on point, friendly, and fast. One time I misplaced my order to another location and they were able to get it squared away without missing a beat, like I didn't even have to tell her what I ordered. The evening crew is much the same. I pass 4 other locations to get to this one.
