Note: This location is on an outlot in a shopping center, doesn't have a large sign, and isn't directly available from southbound Lemay Ferry Road. It's easy to miss at night if you are not familiar with the area.

I found this rude and very unprofessional. In my opinion if they cannot serve 98% of what is on the menu they should adjust their hours to accommodate this disappointment.
- LNLyla NovakowskiMar 18, 20261.0Your employee told my friend she needed to come inside to pick up her mobile order, even though she had her McDonald’s App order ready at the window. She orders from McDonald’s frequently and currently has 40,170 points on her app- and never before has she been treated with such disrespect at McD’s. When she came inside, she showed her phone with the order and signed “my food.” My friend is nonverbal. She communicates through sign language and an AAC device. Instead of trying to understand, your employee shoved the food at her and said, “no need to be rude, just talk.” Let me be very clear: she was communicating. Sign language is communication. AAC devices are communication. What happened here reflects a lack of basic disability awareness and respect. No one should be dismissed or labeled as rude simply because they communicate differently. Do better. Train your staff. Communication is not one-size-fits-all.
