I guess since they have the things that you can order for yourself.. they no longer come up front and take people's orders. Which totally sucks because most of the time it takes people and extremely long time to place their order..

I’m leaving this review because this is now the second serious issue I’ve had at this location. The first time, I was served a burger that was clearly raw in the middle. I contacted corporate about it, and even after they reached out to the store, I still had to go back myself to follow up. When I did, the staff dismissed the concern, gave excuses about their burgers being “made fresh,” and there was no apology, refund, or any attempt to make the situation right.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was even more concerning. I asked if it was possible to swap a drink for fries with my order. When I was told that couldn’t be done, I calmly asked for a refund instead. I then spoke with a man who appeared to be the manager on duty, who was extremely dismissive and rude during the interaction.
What should have been a routine customer service situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of simply processing a refund, the police were threatened to be called while I was still trying to resolve the issue. During this interaction, I also heard one employee make a comment along the lines of “now that’ll shut her up,” after the police were mentioned, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Being put in that position over something so minor was shocking. The way the situation was handled left me feeling singled out rather than helped. Customers should be able to ask for a refund without the situation escalating like this.
Because of both experiences, I have again contacted corporate so they are aware of what occurred. I hope management takes the time to review how situations like this are handled going forward, including reviewing the security footage and incident details if necessary.
