  Dude was nodded out in the drive thru I had to wake him up then the food was terrible, sweet n sour sauce tasted like dish soap

  Unfriendly staff. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the app while the lobby was closed, but was turned away at the store itself, after already having paid.

  Worker told my friend to grab sauce himself, other worker came flying in and punched him. Terrible experience and the worker was using galaxy gas making the inside of the store foggy.

  Horrible place to visit. We came in for a quick bite before the park. We waited around 10 min before receiving service only to receive half of our order. My daughter then had to eat alone since her meal came out last. As we were sitting there dining, I noticed 3 people come in for drive thru screw ups. One guy got the entire wrong order. My wife overheard a customer asking the staff in the back for straws and ketchup. He waited and waited till finally we offered him spare ketchup and straw that we had. It's an unfortunate place to visit. The service needs alot of improvement as well as quality of food. My last time visiting.

  Swung in there and ordered on app for curbside pickup before my shift. After 25 minutes still didn't have my food and had to bail. Taking 10 minutes is bad but 20 minutes plus is unacceptable under any standard.
