  Seriously… Just UNBELIEVABLE. I was in one of the two the drive through lanes (double stacked with cars). The car to my right and I were both waiting to order. (The speakers are on the side of the building so you can’t see the pick up windows from where you order.) Both of us were waiting and waiting - even after saying “hello, anyone there” and sitting there for 5 + minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer, so pulled forward in order to leave the drive through lane. I turned the corner where the pickup windows were, anticipating that I would see cars waiting for their orders…. But no…. completely empty - no cars waiting for anything. We’re the closed?… I pulled up to the first window and saw two employees with McDonald’s drinks in their hands having a lively/fun conversation… Paying ZERO attention to both lanes of a packed drive thru! I pulled up to the window thinking maybe they didn’t know that customers were waiting… They did. The employee was clearly annoyed that I was at the window and opened the window and said rudely “What you want?” … SERIOUSLY?!!!! I told her many customers were in line waiting for her to do her job and drove off. Just SO RUDE. I was there at 1:20 pm on 4/10/26. I then called the phone number they post on their drive through window. They have a voicemail stating that their hours are M-F 7am - 4pm. I left a short voicemail at approx. 1:30pm on 4/10/26 and requested a call back. No call back so far. Incredibly rude employee. Horrible customer service and management.

  You can never order thru the drive thru. Constant attitude. Can barely order inside. Never have half the items on the menu. They need to rebrand this location.

  No one ever answered at the drive through. I had to cancel the mobile order I already placed. Called thr number for the restuarant and they were useless.

  I live nearby and give this location another chance maybe once a year and I am burned every time. Just close at this point. It’s McDonald’s so my expectations are low but it’s baaaaad

  Don't bother putting in a mobile drive thru order. You'll sit in the line for 20 minutes and then they'll tell you you have to go inside anyway. Then they'll cancel your order after you've already paid.
