  I don't like leaving bad reviews but tonight deserves one. I placed my order ahead in the app at 5:11. Pulled into the drive thru at 5:20 and was instructed to pull into a spot to wait. Waited over 30 minutes with my son in the back while literally ever other car got food. Finally we came inside after I tried calling multiple times to no answer. They threw our food away. I guess communication is non existent because we had to mark in the app we were here before even being directed to a spot to wait. But they threw away our food saying we didn't show up even though we marked we were here and were told to park. Like what?! It's over an hour past when I placed my order and when we pulled into the drive thru and I'm still waiting for the entirety of our order. So I can't even rate the food. But service is 0/10. Thank you to the one manager that's trying to hold it together but my gosh, this is crazy. For reference it's 6:26 now.

  3/18/26 I went to the self checkout inside and it was out of receipt paper with no notice about it. Looked back in the kitchen and half the staff was on their phone at one point. Especially the managers. They then started cursing and arguing while the lines inside and in the drive thru piled up. Spent my whole lunch break waiting just to talk to someone. No sense of urgency. Save your time and money.

  This place is horrible. I tried to come here in the morning around 5:00 a.m. when I get off work and I see employee sleeping in the lobby I placed a mobile order that never gets filled three out of five times I have to cancel the order whenever you do get a order even doing the daytime the fries are cold or overcooked. And it seems no matter what time you come all the employees have some type of attitude for some reason now once again I have to wait 1 to 7 days to get my money back from my mobile order because someone was too lazy to do their job

  I arrived at 11pm, there was one car in-front of me when I arrived. When I was up next to order it took 35 minutes for them to take my order while someone who arrived 30 minutes after me got their order taken first. After I ordered it took me another 30 minutes to get my food just for my McFlurry to be nearly fully melted, my fry’s and burger cold, and my nuggets stale, my drink was also watered down. You would think if i was sitting there for more than a hour my food would be fresh. The workers were also very unprofessional, when I looked in they were just standing around and talking making jokes to each other, like dude were trying to get home. Also the worker who was serving the food was petting the dog of the car in front of me and never left the window to go wash their hands so they handled my food after petting this dudes dog. I used to work at a mcdonald’s and this type of stuff should never happen and never happened at the store I worked at.
