- SBSarah Brotherton5 days ago1.0Arrived at 6:30. Door on the sign says 6:00am. Knocked and made eye contact with 3 workers. No response. Went to drive through where I waited. Finally a worker opened the window and said they are closed because someone didn’t show up to work. Apparently this is a common occurrence at this location. Very frustrating.

I get it's hard to find good workers, but do you even put people through a training process. I mean take the donuts put them in a box take my money and push them out the window seems pretty easy.. at 9:00 in the morning with nobody in line I shouldn't be waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru window

We spoke with staff in person, were given a phone number, and were told to call on Thursday so they could have everything ready for Sunday. Unfortunately, when we followed up as instructed, we were told they could no longer fulfill the order. That was extremely disappointing, especially after making the trip and being assured everything was set. Thankfully, the Krispy Kreme on Mid Rivers Drive stepped in and completely turned things around for us. They went above and beyond to help make sure our fundraiser still happened smoothly. Their effort, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. While the first experience was frustrating, we are incredibly grateful for the Mid Rivers Drive team for stepping up when it mattered most
