  I normally don't write reviews but now I have some free time I will review what I experienced yesterday at the store. I come in every morning when the store opens and get my work items. While shopping I noticed the manager (male) loudly yelling at a employee (female) This should of been handled a different way. I have never seen the employee in a bad mood, always smiling and very welcoming. I am not sure what happened but In front of the customers is very unprofessional and a bad look on the store. if this is how management handles employees maybe this is why we see new people way to frequently in the store. Do better don't become another Walmart.

  Went in for the first time. I was amazed at all of the extra things they had in stock. I found everything I needed on a shelf.. in an aisle. But the Deli is where they lost me. I placed my Deli order..2 meats..2 cheeses. Gave the young lady my name and walked away. Did ALL the rest of my shopping.. came back over and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order sliced and packed. Schnucks would never. Outside of that I'd return, I just wouldn't get anything from the Deli counter.

  I appreciate the level of quality they maintain with their produce so I do visit the store a couple times a month for that reason. However, I chose to give up on their deli. They either cannot or will not cut the meat extremely thin, as I request. I’ve spoken with the deli manager and multiple store manager but it made no difference. They eventually suggested I call ahead to let a manager know I was coming and place my order that way, so they could make sure it was cut correctly. I’m a busy mom so that didn’t work for me. Plus I don’t think I should have to do that simply to get someone to do their job correctly. So now I buy all our deli meat from Schnucks. I get my family’s meat cut exactly the way we like it every time. They are amazing at Schnucks deli!!

  Over priced for what it. Can get almost everything at W-M or a local grocery store for cheaper.
