My delivery took over an 1 and a half. Call to check and the young lady who answered said it would be delivered when it’s delivered. I told her I ordered directly from the their website she had zero concerns about me asking. Something told me not to order from here cause this location is the worse. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Just go further down to the one on Chippewa by the target way better

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, spending more time on their phones than helping customers. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me or even greeted me — it felt like customers were more of an annoyance than a priority.
Good customer service starts with basic respect and acknowledgment, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. I hope management addresses the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, because the current atmosphere makes customers feel unwelcome. That’s what happens when you hire a bunch of young people

Always a long wait for food when you have 7 people working. It only takes 15 minutes to fry chicken, you have 5 fryers. What are they getting paid to do, doesn't make sense!!!!!!!!
