Wings themselves are pretty good for the most part, kindve hit or miss depending on when you go. Been to this location a few times and there always seems to be incompetent & rude employees all over the place. Cashiers are extremely rude and impatient, food takes forever, place is also extremely unorganized. Recently, they’ve started to lock the doors HOURS before closing time and the customers are the ones who have to let you in. You can also expect to wait about 20-30 minutes extra even if you order ahead. It’s fast food so I’m not expecting some Michelin star service but cmon man the service here is abysmal. Have had multiple friends tell me they have had similar experiences as well. Ownership should spend a day at this location to see how poorly is it run. Would not recommend unless this is your only option for food or you genuinely think the 30-45 minutes of waiting are worth it.

I ordered for pick up on a Saturday, the place isn’t supposed to close until after midnight and I got there a little after 10:00pm. They locked the doors and turned away MULTIPLE pick up orders and LOTS of pick up orders in bags waiting by the front door. I waited almost a hour and one of the workers felt bad for me so they told me they’d have the last girl working bring it out. SHE NEVER DID. There phone line doesn’t work so you can’t call. I got no refund no food. Pretty sure worker took home everyone’s food. WORST EXPERIENCE IN ST LOUIS EVER.
