I went through the drive thru today, and the super friendly lady working the window told me they went to make my chicken sandwich, but what they had made was old, soggy, and didn’t wanna serve that to me. So, she asked me if I would mind waiting. I said, “absolutely not. Thank you so much for offering me fresh food.” So, I waited patiently, and before I knew it…here the nice lady came with my fresh food, AND she even put a cookie in there for my wait. I always appreciate good service and food because it’s so rare these days. Thank you Wendy’s, and thank you to the Telegraph crew for always upholding such a strong standard for food quality and customer service. You guys rock!!
