    I should have listened to the reviews for this location. This might be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Food is cold. Items missing. Requested sauce to be told it’s in the bag when there isn’t. Save your money and go to a different location.

    I’d rather leave zero stars but don’t have that option. This location is terrible. Twice now they haven’t added ANY jalapeño sauce to my chicken quesadilla. We got the wrong drinks more than once. We get the wrong tacos and then they argue with us that it’s our fault we didn’t read the screen and confirm the order. They don’t make their mistakes right. They blame their mistakes on the customer. Now, my 2 tacos are also wrong. I ordered 2 crispy chicken avocado ranch tacos and I guess because it was 1am they didn’t feel like frying anymore strips and gave me little pieces of shredded chicken which tastes nothing like the crispy chicken tacos. Very disappointed in this location and the quality is bare minimum. Don’t bother eating here. I’ll never go to this location again.

    Nobody in there cares. My order was ready and put on a bench inside. I tried telling them it was mine and none of them cared or wanted to listen. They finally gave me my order after 18 minutes of wait after it was ready and by the time i got my order my food was cold and soggy.

    I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:30 pm on a Sunday. They ask if I’m using my mobile app. I say no, and tell them my order, to which she responses, We’re closed. Meanwhile there are customers in there just sitting down to eat. Ridiculous!

    Waited in line at the drive through for 25mins stuck in a line of cars. Got to the intercom and they said they weren’t taking any orders. Went to the inside and all doors were locked. This was Dec 19th at 1:30pm
