I was ordering a couple food and a large drink, to go, until I noticed that my $25 Taco Bell gift card was accidentally ruined from being wet in my backpack. Jacob, who is one of the cashiers here, decided to not worry about the cost, as he knew how disheartening my situation, was with the $25 gift card being ruined. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn't take the bite from my gift card being ruined. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Jacob for being one of the kindest, sympathetic employees, I've met, in the whole South County Taco Bell franchise area.
