    Tacos weren't "wrapped" very well, the kinda looked like the tacos & thier wraps (the paper) were just wodded up together & tossed in the bag.

    I’m not entirely sure why they cannot open on time in the morning. Workers showing up late all the time and claiming they are not open during business hours

    Order was placed inside at a kiosk. Who manages this business? I'm sure you're too embarrassed to post. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible work ethics. Hair nets should be worn here with all the wigs/dreads that are being thrown around. Ban employee cell phones while on duty. Manager and/or Assistant Manager needs to be present for EVERY shift to babysit the non professional employees at all times. Window workers can barely speak clearly, never smile, and don't bother to thank you. Must ASK for napkins/ sauces/ plastic ware as they are never offered. Food is sloppy when prepared and received. If the employees showed as much enthusiasm in providing good service as they are talking about their personal situations where customers can hear them would be a miracle. I encourage everyone to post further reviews so this place can either get cleaned up or close down. The public shouldn't have to deal with a place like this and continue to see no changes have been made immediately. If they are losing money monthly they should know why

    Service was good and fast. Food had a chemical taste on it, went right into the trash. Won't ever be back.

    This place is a joke. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru only to get to the window and they didn't take my order. Another 10 minute wait. Of course the food was cold. What a freaking joke.
