  the night employees here sit inside and refuse to take orders or even acknowledge you at all. They are clearly in there, with food for themselves, on their phones. Franchise owners and/or general manager needs to investigate this because they are wasting your money by getting paid doing absolutely nothing.

  Its No stars from me Went to Taco Bell on Bayless at about 6:30 pm in drive through ordered food and one item was cinnamon twist ...I HAVE NEVER TASTED CINNAMON TWIST THAT TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS WE HAD TO SPIT IT OUT..I always get these I've never tasted chemicals then when I called the worker said oh we don't make cinnamon twist with chemicals...like no duhhh🤨 why do the twist taste like bug spray or air freshener it was very strong in taste like this is ridiculous the attitude I got I called to save any other customers from eating the contaminated food ...they seem not to care at all the lady said oh maybe it was old grease we have to change it...I said old grease won't taste like chemicals. she says maybe some one was cooking them and had perfume on...like what does wearing perfume have to do with food tasting like chemicals.I'm very upset at the attitude and I hope we don't die from whatever was on that cinnamon twist honestly I'm pissed I think they went rancid I even heard a lady who first picked up said this lady on phone said the twist taste like they did the other day we have to take them off that shelf ..but she gets on phone and act like I'm crazy or making stuff up ...now I'm going further with this I only wanted to notify them to not sell anymore for the night but nooooo she had to be unprofessional so now I'm taking these to a lab to be tested and I already contacted cooperate and I'm waiting on my lawyer to email me back but yes this place is a no go oh yeah there are bags of clothes on side of drive through like someone camps out there and the drive through window has wood you can't see anything inside.never going back . The Taco Bell on Watson rd up the road taste way better and they actually make stuff right and not contaminated.

  They take literally forever and tell people that they’re closed before 2AM which is the actual closing time, i try to call to see why my order is taking so long and apparently their busy yet NOBODYS food was being made ?

  I went to order inside and had to use the restroom, however both of them were locked. When I asked the employee if they could unlock it for me (urgent situation) he said they were closed … even after I asked nicely and explained I was about to have an accident.

  I keep trying to give this location a chance. Every time it's a total let down. Just ordered a group meal that feeds 4 tonight and I get home to find they forgot my nachos, hardly any meat on the chicken quasadia, crunch wrap and tacos. The manager was cursing and other staff members just sitting in the back office not doing anything. I waited 20 minutes for my food and I'm not happy. They need to close this location because no one there cares about their jobs. But they want $20 an hour. Make that make sense. Fast food has gone to shit. Maybe they need to offer classes at college's to teach them how to do their jobs. Such a disgrace. You people make me sick.
