The website says they close at 4am, we were there around 11:30-12am. We waited 45 minutes just to pull up to the window and say that they aren’t giving us our food.

He abruptly said “we’re closed,” and didn’t clarify reasoning or if we were able to be compensated for the cancelled orders. When I got to the microphone the worker again stated they were closed. I had placed a mobile order TWICE NOW & the store has been RANDOMLY CLOSED. I have filed TWO COMPLAINTS TO THE TACO BELL APP and they HAVE NOT HELPED ME OR REFUNDED ME FOR THEIR FAULT. It’s annoying when this is a repetitive cycle, Taco Bell do better. Staff your restaurants and hire people without attitudes, it’s not that hard.
