  I ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito. It was hot and fresh. The drive thru customer service was quick and warm and friendly.

  So everybody knows that DoorDash is already expensive as it is I don’t know what is going on with the store or who is running the store but clearly they need better employees we ordered the crunch wrap meal for two and when we received our crunch wrap, they were both burnt mind you we requested sauce, hot, mild empire, and didn’t I get one sauce packet not one it is not that hard to work in the fast food restaurant Taco Bell is not that hard. Why is food being burnt and why is requested for sauce not being delivered remind you again DoorDash is used for people with disability or can’t drive etc. so a $15 mill people are spending $20-$25 for the mail I’ve been in the food service industry for 13 years and I always tell people if you’re not gonna eat it don’t serve it. People at this store are starting to get lazy. I don’t know if they see my name and they don’t think I’m English or something or if I’m American or something but don’t be discriminating and don’t be disrespectful. If you’re not gonna serve it to your mom don’t serve it to the customer.

  didnt even wanna leave 1 star but did! me and my gf was out door dashing and decided to stop at the kingshighway location and ordered some chicken nuggets! well they was so burnt that my gf damn near broke a tooth eating one! when i called to complain they kept hanging up on me!

  Update...this is the only Taco Bell to frequent in South City if you want correct orders that don't take over an hour and likely screw up. Update 2/7. Don't waste your time going to Grand if you want your order correct in a timely fashion. Yet again, ordered online, the app said my order was ready, and I was through the drive thru in under a minute. Why waste an hour of your time at the other Taco Hell on Grand. Grand gives zero F's Old review below The service between the poopstains at S Grand and this location is mind blowing. To be clear, the following account pertains to a different location on S Grand. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an order placed on the app at S Grand. They told me to come inside when I gave them my name and said I ordered on the app in drive thru. A worker asked names for orders. They told me mine wasn't ready. At the 45 minute mark of waiting inside, I'm like I need to work tomorrow! I can't wait an hour for food. They're like we didn't get your order.. Well ya'll told me to come inside and checked my order status a while after. Another 30 minutes till I got my food. This Kingshighway location, I arrived and departed with my food in 5 minutes. I was taking an extended break from S Grand location due to too many abysmal experiences, but I wanted to give them a chance at redemption. Guess S Grand needs to be bulldozed / condemned / burned down. Lost cause with management last doesn't give 1/4 of the bathroom experiences that can follow the food.
