  The service between the poopstains at S Grand and this location is mind blowing. To be clear, the following account pertains to a different location on S Grand. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an order placed on the app at S Grand. They told me to come inside when I gave them my name and said I ordered on the app in drive thru. A worker asked names for orders. They told me mine wasn't ready. At the 45 minute mark of waiting inside, I'm like I need to work tomorrow! I can't wait an hour for food. They're like we didn't get your order.. Well ya'll told me to come inside and checked my order status a while after. Another 30 minutes till I got my food. This Kingshighway location, I arrived and departed with my food in 5 minutes. I was taking an extended break from S Grand location due to too many abysmal experiences, but I wanted to give them a chance at redemption. Guess S Grand needs to be bulldozed / condemned / burned down. Lost cause with management last doesn't give 1/4 of the bathroom experiences that can follow the food.

  They make you come inside if you do a drive through order most of the time which makes no sense because why would they have it as an option in the app if it's not available.

  In the last year or so, this taco bell has stepped up their game. The employees are polite and on top of it. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of a number of other taco bells nearby. There's a taco bell closer to my house, but I prefer this one because the service is much better and they get you your food way faster. The quality of the food is also better and more consistent.

  I ordered online, only to get there n pay n I was told to pull forward when there. Nobody else was in the drive thru, then was told I had to come in for my food , I said i wanted a refund because they were extremely rude but was ultimately denied my food and a refund ..they refused to give me either!

  Tonight I ordered the steak and poblano quesadilla box with a large orange cream freeze. I substituted black beans on my soft taco supreme. I received dried up chicken on the quesadilla and a pitiful combination of dehydrated black and refried beans on the taco supreme, also had no tomato or sour cream. The drink came as a medium but only half full and ingredients completely separated. When I called to bring it to their attention, I spoke with Andre I believe his name was, who said they were out of steak and black beans and the large drink comes in a medium cup. I said listen, I get it but to some degree you guys just don’t care because you absolutely would not eat what you packaged in this bag. He proceeded to hang up.
