Leaving one to order and then pick up at window, one at a time. Makes for long lines and long wait times. Then the parking lot is trash too, because once you get in there you can’t turn around and get out and if you get out and go in to try and make that quicker… the drive through line blocks the cars in and they can’t leave. The people there are extremely slow and incompetent to do anything or multitask it’s unbelievable. Just one customer at a time. Ridiculous.

Just waited nearly an hour for 4 people in front of me to get their food then had to wait at the speaker for 15 minutes. On top of that, my food is never right if I modify it. It’s just warm (not hot) and looks like garbage.
