  It's clear they are trained to not give hot sauce. You can ask at speaker, confirm at window. They will say yes and smirk.

  Taco Bell, Amerika'da Meksika restoranı hizmeti veren güzel bir işletmedir. Hem araçla servis alabilir, hem de restoranda yemek yiyebilirsiniz. Müşteriler için çok iyi fakat çalışanlar için o kadar iyi olmayan bir yer. Çünkü herkes çok hızlı bir şekilde ve sürekli ayakta çalışıyor. Çalışanların yerinde olmak istemezdim.

  As someone who works in both customer service and the restaurant industry, I can confidently say that my experience tonight was awful. The service I received was unacceptable from start to finish. I ordered food and was given old chicken, and several sauces were missing. After discovering that the chicken tenders were stale, hard, and missing one piece, I returned to the store to request a refund. The first employee I spoke with went to get the manager. She approached me with no greeting and simply said, “This what I’m refunding?” I explained that the order was missing sauces, only contained three tenders instead of four, and the chicken was old. She maintained a rude attitude the entire time. She then gave me a refund amount that was noticeably lower than what I paid. When I asked why, she responded, “I’m not refunding you for the drink.” The drink was sitting right on the counter. After pointing that out, she adjusted the amount but it was still wrong because she “forgot the soft taco.” Her attitude was unprofessional, yet she continued making mistakes. Once she finally got the amount right, she asked how I paid. I said card, and she said “well insert the card,” grabbed the bag of food, tossed it in the trash (with half the food hanging out), and walked away. Then the card reader had issues, and we waited about three minutes calling for help. A group of younger workers eventually came over, and one of them fixed the card reader so I could finally get my refund. This entire situation was a fiasco—truly the worst service I’ve ever received. Danyelle, ma’am… manager to manager, some additional training is clearly needed. Being disrespectful to a customer who calmly requested a refund is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

  I’m old and my glasses are weak so I can’t read the menu or understand the foreign waiter so I just order the $9 box which is loaded with good and tasty food.
