  Do not order delivery from here as the will outsource your delivery to Uber Eats who will then pick orders up from other restaurants before delivering your food. $100 for food that was nasty.

  There’s a lot of room for improvement at this location. Ordered a stuffed crust and a pepperoni melt. I received a charred mess. I literally thought I might chip a tooth on the crust! My dog wouldn’t even eat it and I have literally watched her eat goose droppings. In what universe is this acceptable? (See photo)

  I was dashing there on 11/18 at 2:50 pm and I went inside and guy ask me who I was picking order for and I told him he told it's in the oven and gonna take few mins so I was waiting and then this lady came out and was very rude and demanding me to sign paper which I been there so many times and never been ask for that .I told her I need to see items and make sure it all there she told me I need to do now or she will unsigned me from this order and block me from getting orders from this store very rude way then I asked her for her name she said you don't need to know and told me she was a store manager and I working for her and I got do what she rudely ask me and told me to leave before she call the cops and other employee came there and refuse give me her name .I don't know if she was store manager or pretend to be but customer service and rudeness was off the hook and I'm top dasher and never been treated that way maybe because she thought I don't speak English 🤔 but anyway I hope owner see this

  I love Pizza Hut. But this location is the worst! The employees, including the manager, are all incompetent. And their customer service skills are not skills at all. There was a lady in there waiting on her order that they couldn't get right because they have no communication skills either. That lady was so patient with them. She is a saint. I would have never been able to keep as calm and polite as she was. And they were clearly taking advantage of her kindness. I will never return to this location. In fact, I will be sure I go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. It was truly disappointing to see the absolute disregard the manager and the employees had for their paying customers who can easily go somewhere else. I hope the lady was able to get her order in some capacity. She was there when I arrived and still waiting after I left. Kudos to you ma'am for sticking it out. I salute you!!!
