  I got a pizza for delivery, I cannot eat tomatoes so I ordered it with an alternative sauce, I got the completely wrong pizza, in which I could not eat. But thankfully I made a call to the location, and the quickly sent out another pizza that was correct. I wish my food was never delivered incorrectly, but the fact that they sent another no issue means they have good intentions.

  I come to this location quite regularly! It’s usually lex working when I go, she always greets me the min I come in by name (I love when workers take the time to remember someone) she is always working so hard sometimes when I come in it seems like she is working alone im not sure if she is or not but she holds it down my pizza is done at a decent time everytime she has amazing energy! I never really write reviews but I had to after learning her name I just wanted her to be recognized and know that I appreciate her for making my experience amazing everytime I come in for pizza!

  After 5 hours and multiple calls, I can only say my order was incorrect. Wrong pizza delivered twice.

  I ordered BBQ pizza. She put on too much BBQ sauce. I said I didn't order for extra sauce. She kept arguing that she didn't put extra sauce. Then she said she'd make it again but it would take time! So we came back. My son and husband are somehow as they were very hungry. I did eat cz I knew I'd get sick if I ate this much sauce! I'd never come here willingly!

  I ordered a pizza last week which was missing a few toppings, I called back and spoke with a gentleman who claimed to be the manager who seemed personally offended when I described what was wrong with my order as he if he personally made it. It was missing mushrooms, and their large empty spots without cheese only globs of marinara sauce; when I ordered extra cheese. He offered me a credit to rectify the situation. When I called back just a few days later there was no credit in the system. After years of living in Kirkwood without a Papa John's, I'd been used to Domino's and was very disappointed with this experience as Papa John's has always been a favorite! However the manager who took my call Lex, she was very professional, understanding an empathetic and went ahead and not only replaced my order; without a delivery charge, she even upgraded my pizza from a large to an extra large. When my pizza arrived it was perfectly made and delicious! Needless to say she restored my favor to Papa John's Pizza again! Thank you for the excellent service, care and wonderfully made pizza! I hope Papa John's realized how important hiring the right individual such as Lex can truly help customer retention, she needs to be recognized an given a raise or st minimum extra stock in tbe company! Because she truly cares about the companies public perception, and give excellent customer service! Which sadly is lacking in most fast food restaurants these days. I'm uploading a picture of my perfect pizza, it's perfection! Now, doesn't that make you want to order your own delicious pizza from Papa John's Pizza? I recommend the NY style crust, it's the best!
