Last experience I sat in the line for 30 minutes with no movement decided to go inside instead and they told me to go back to the drive through. Two workers were standing by the door not doing anything. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the wait time. There are several sweet people working here I do not blame at all however there needs to be more helping them.

I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins just for them to take the other lanes orders n not ours. then when we pulled up to the window they told us basically they couldn’t take our order. the service is terrible. every last crew member should be fired and replaced because they all lack professionalism. Not my first had experience at this location.

The drive-thru is unbelievably slow — I’ve waited over an hour just to reach the intercom, only to sit there even longer without anyone responding. Employees seem more interested in joking around, cussing, and playing on their phones than actually helping customers. Even in the “fast” lane, orders take forever while others get their food first. The lobby is always closed, mobile and DoorDash orders pile up, and there’s no sense of urgency or professionalism. I spent over an hour waiting for food with barely anyone else there. Avoid this location if you value your time.
