I witnessed a manager allow a burger to be served that was visibly undercooked and still bloody. When the issue was brought up, the manager insisted that his cooking method was correct. The grill employee had been following proper cooking procedures to ensure food safety, but instead of addressing the concern, the manager removed him from the grill.
This raises serious concerns about food safety standards and management decisions at this location. Customers should not be served undercooked food, and employees should not be penalized for trying to follow proper procedures. I believe this situation deserves review to ensure food safety and accountability.

Went to mcdonalds after work and went drive thru got quarter pounder with cheese with no onions took it home took bite looked at it was still raw

It took 9 minutes to serve me cold food. You have only one working kiosk and it's out of printer paper so I couldn't do a formal survey with McDonald's. All of the tables are dirty. Also your revived the soda machines from the lobby so if I want a refill I have to get the attention of the absent staff. Is this McDonald's intended experience now?

Always order ahead, never get fresh food.
This is based off months of ordering breakfast only. Unsure about lunch.
Hashbrowns are always cold between 6-7am. Barely lukewarm food as well. Service is great and fast. But the food is very subpar compared to other locations.

Went through the drive through trying to use a code for a free item, and on my phone it said it worked and took my points, the person on the drive through said it didnt go through, I refreshed abs told her it went through on my end, she was silent for a minute or two, didnt offer any solution, so I said I didnt know what to do, she didnt offer any solution, I then said thank you for the help I guess Ill leave, and she stayed silent. Kinda annoying cause it did use my points but I got nothing from it.
