They are very, very slow. Sometimes they won’t answer at the speaker, so I just pull up to the window. Also, when doing a mobile order, if you park in pick up spot they will never bring your food out. Happened to me twice and I had to drive thru the drive thru.

Horrible McDonald’s location. The workers yell at customers and complain about their job… like every other McD’s… I guess!

Ordered on the app! Was able to use my points and save money. Pulled up and put the curbside number into the app to let them know I was there. Literally within 5 minutes, the food was out to me - fresh and hot. This is rare for McDonald's in STL and I absolutely loved it. Going to try this one again to see if it's consistently good. Big hopes for this McDonald's! Thanks!!!

This was the only place open at 3:30am on a Saturday 11/2/25. There was a lady there doing everything. It was kind of funny, intercom, first window, making the order, second window and it was all her. I'm about to drive all the way back to Florida and needed something before I go. She didn't have to be polite, smile and fast at 330 in the morning, but she was. Let me tell you that in Florida at 330 am, you would NOT be getting that type of service. Sometimes it's the little things like that. Thank you!!! I really hope they know who I'm talking about.
