Not only was I told to wait 3 times in 30 minutes, the drive thru person was too stupid to use my code and tried to double charge me for my nuggets, AGAIN! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 3 DAYS. BLAMED IT ON ME SAID I WAS IGNORANT AND ALREADY USED THE CODE I LITERALLY JUST GAVE HIM! 1/11/2026 at 1:30am. Didn't get my food. Won't be back. I also doordash, I will NEVER take another order from this store. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, FIRE THEM ALL. WAITED 45 MINUTES AND DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT TO THE WINDOW

Rom the manager tried to scam me and overcharge, my friend cancelled his order but rom refused to refund him and when we tried talking to him about it he threatened to call the cops and kicked us out. 0/10 do not recommend.

The last 2 times they messed up my order. The first time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I got a sausage egg and cheese. And tonight I ordered the bacon double quarter pounder value meal, and got charged for it. What I got was a normal double quarter pounder meal (no bacon)with half of a large fry (they gave me a medium in a large fry box) for the bacon double quarter meal price. Check your food before you leave!! I got overcharged for something I didn't recieve. Almost forgot, after 3pm they stop bringing you your food if you decide to sit down, half the time you can't hear them call your table number, if they do call it at all. They are more concerned with talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Saw a line earlier tonight of 12+ ppl that all came in at different times and they waited 20+ minutes before someone actually stepped up to take their orders.

Useless staff, horrible wait times. Waited over 45 minute at 12 in the morning with no people in life saw many people in the building. Late night staff needs to be fired

Good is consistently cold and the order is wrong more than it is correct. This last dinner, we attempted a mobile order for puck up. The pick up parking on the app wasn't working and the app said the use the drive thru or go in. I had the flu, so I attempted the drive thru. The drive thru attendant insisted she could not help me, so I had to leave. The restaurant still charged my card for food I did not receive. I have called to restuarant and left feedback asking for a refund. No response from management.
