I came back and asked them to remake it. They dumped out the old mess and BOTH employees just walked away to do their own business, ignoring me completely. After waiting another five minutes, I asked, “Where is my latte?” and with the most annoyed faces they replied, “We don’t have lattes. Do you want black coffee instead?” Are you serious? The worst McDonald’s staff I’ve ever encountered — no service, no respect, no professionalism, no basic responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable.
