    The food is borderline edible You're lucky if they make it correctly The staff is rude The only reason I ever go here is because it's right by my shop. Today was my last visit I placed mobile order literally from the parking lot There were 3 people in the drive through line.I sat there for thirty four minutes 10 of those were spent sitting at the speaker When I finally got to the window , I asked if I could get a cup of water There was nobody behind me They asked me to pull forward probably.So I could wait another half hour for a cup of water I cannot begin to describe how rude most of the employees are There's a couple of younger people that work drive through that are polite, and they have a pretty good crew in the morning, most of the time, but in general, you wouldn't even want to look at these people.They're so rude Go to any other mcdonald's Go out of your way not to eat at this mcdonald's There's one mcdonald's worse in the general area , but that's it

    This was the worst experience ever. To have someone who is considered a “manager” quarrel with a customer is downright unacceptable and appalling. Completely rude and disrespectful from the moment you arrive to place your order since you are forced to face her because the kiosks are all out of order. To her going to a table to literally snatch the sauces off the table because she ignored the customers request after none were placed in his bag. The other employee swore she put them in there but there were absolutely none, so instead of being a “manager” Bonquisha persist to pushing customers and being rude. Apparently, this is the daily and people were spectating as if it were normal. This is unacceptable, i get where we are, but have some level of decorum especially if you’re going to take on the role of “manager”. They seriously need to clean house, better yet, for McDonald’s the BRAND to allow a franchise to be run this way is scary to think about and should really be looked into. Those are not employees, those are liabilities had that escalated any further.
