  So this experience is more funny than annoying (but there is a degree of annoyance, too). A month or so ago, I ordered a 6 piece mcnugget happy meal and cheeseburger for our toddler grandchild, as well as food for my husband and me. I arrived home and found that the cheeseburger for the 4 year old was not in the bag. I order food using the app 99% of the time, so I could see the receipt and confirm I was charged for food I did not receive. Now, if you are 4 years old, a missing cheeseburger is a day breaker -- he was _not_ happy. I complained via the form online (phones are not answered at this location). In response, I was sent a postcard for a " free happy meal of choice". Today I decided to use it. I pulled up to the talking box and utterly confused the order taker; I asked if she would like me to pull up so she can see the postcard for the free happy meal? Yes, she would and the manager would be there to take a look. So they both inspect the postcard and apparently are in agreement re its validity. I place the order: 6 piece mcnugget happy meal, no apple slices, extra fry and ranch dressing and a coke. The manager keys it in. When I arrive at the pickup window, I'm passed an orange drink; I passed it back, requesting the Coke again. I peeked in the happy meal box and saw apple slices, no ranch dressing. I passed the box back to the woman at the window and explained that I requested extra fries instead of apple slices. And requested ranch dressing. Again. So she put the extra mini box of fries into the HM box, gave me 2 ranch dressings and corrected the drink. I left and discovered at home that I was given a 4 piece mcnugget happy meal instead of the 6 piece that I had requested. It seems so simple, but even with the manager's assistance, this very simple order had a lot of errors. Oh well, at least the toy was a bit better than they have been lately.

  De los peores servicios y a nadie parece importarle ver que tengas esperando solo para hacer la orden 15 min ya ni hablar de la comida otros 30 min y para colmo siempre cambian las cosas o faltan no lo recomiendo

  I never wrote a review because I’m just not the type of person but this was my last straw. The double cheese burger was raw and super greasy. The fries are never good. Either burned or raw and the employees are always rude too. I’ll keep my money and never go here again.

  I've been here to this location over 20 times in my life, today you guys turned a loyal customer into a hater, this location will be the reason i never go back to a mcdonalds ever again. You awful employees winked and gave each other a thumbs up then proceeded to give me a burger with pickles mustard and ketchup on it and tried to hide it with the 2nd patty after i ordered a double quarter pounder plain with cheese. whoever works at 11:40pm on 1/18/2026 should be ashamed of themselves. That food was for my autistic child and i hope you guys have nothing but problems here on out. Truly awful human beings working at this dump.
