Manager acted like she didn't want to be there or help any body. She was rude to every customer that walked in there. One of the customers said if they were the manager they would have fired everybody on site

I placed an app order and went to pickup with my kids and it did come out quickly....but quick was the only good thing. When I got home....they had not given us my daughter's chocolate milk, the fries were soggy and cold....the burgers tasted weird, like the meat was bad. I was there earlier getting a fish sandwich that they owed me from another previous bad experience and an older gentleman came in to complain that he had order a cheeseburger with key only ....and that's all they gave him...2 buns with just ketchup in it...... Ive been in the food industry for 24 years and I try not to go overboard with my expectations...but this is just sad. I'm done. I will not be back to this location which is sad because I live like 3 blocks from this location so it's convenient for my kids. No one will reach out to try and rectify the problem. They'll just keep sending out the same unacceptable food and service.
