    ROACHES WHERE FRIENDLYER THEN THE STAFF I waited 30min for my drink while I was doing that the staff didn't say a word to me no "a few more minutes" nothing to a word and I watched two ROACHES crawl down the wall while waiting DO NOT EAT HERE!

    Customer service so garbage I had to get the corporate number and tell them too. I pulled up to the main lane, sat there for a few minutes with no greeting. I started asking if anyone was there and still no response. I pull around assuming the drive thru is messed up. First window no one, go to second window. A manager(Debbie) is there and I explain no one answered to take my order. She told me that the employee was in the bathroom and couldn’t take my order. She said she also couldn’t take my Order because “there was someone behind me whose food was ready.” Rude, no apology, no offer to fix it. Since I used to work at a McDonald’s, I know a location staffed with competent people wouldn’t leave a drive thru lane unmanned for five plus minutes. Just hand the headset to someone else before you go sit in the bathroom. And a competent manager would apologize, take the order, and have me pull forward to wait for my food. Not be rude and act like I’m the unreasonable one for pulling forward after no one answered for five minutes.
