The employee at the window could have been just a *little* 🤏 bit more friendly. I am a Door Dasher and I know if I'm getting paid, she's getting paid. We just gotta work together to make sure the person ordering the food gets to eat. I encounter the friendliest young men and the RUDEST females working the windows at all night McDonald's restaurants!

Im not sure whats wrong at this McDonald's the food is more of a miss than hit and everybody looks like they are in witness protection somebody please serve hot hamburgers and fries thats all I ask.

They shorted me a nugget on my 10 piece and over-cooked my hot honey bacon… but the employee at the drive through was nice so that’s a plus.

Customer service here does not exist. Every interaction feels like you are bothering the staff just by placing an order. The employees are rude, dismissive, and show zero interest in helping customers.
On top of that, the place is extremely dirty. Tables, floors, and the overall environment look like they have not been properly cleaned in a while, which is unacceptable for a food establishment.
What really blows my mind is that for two days in a row they did not even have sodas available. How does a restaurant run out of drinks multiple days straight?
And to make matters worse, they mess up my order every single time. No matter how simple it is, something is always wrong.
Overall, this location seriously needs management attention. Customer service, cleanliness, and basic order accuracy are all failing.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Avoid this one (if possible). You sit in the drive thru and wait and wait. I think I waited for like 20 minutes, and not cars moved. Either understaffed or entirely lazy staff. Either way get it together. I know I will never return to this one, and the funny part is... they probably would be glad because they don't want to serve anyone.
