Lady was passed out last time I went never got my food looked like a lot of employees with no uniforms running around I just left I didn't know what was going on,

I hate leaving bad reviews, but holy cow. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Had to go back multiple times and demand my entire order. Half the food is cold. Half the order is messed up. There's a whole dining area full of pissed off patrons and zero sense of urgency from the staff. I try to be understanding. I get working fast food is difficult. This place is failing at it, though.

I got breakfast this morning with a side of attitude. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker this morning to an ongoing conversation between employees. I heard an employee say mobile app and then she switched to other side. I heard her say oh they didnt say anything. Since when did they stop greeting the customer? Im sorry ma'am if you think im an inconvenience but im a paying customer. So I pulled up to the window. When she saw me pull up she started talking shit loud enough for me to hear her. I was blown away. One thing for sure I definitely wont be coming back here!!

5 stars **for a McDonalds in STL city**
Was one of the worst locations for many years but in the past 2 or 3 has really improved. One of the few locations in the city my kid can get a Happy Meal fix and I'm not stuck in line for hours only to be told they're not taking any more orders

Friday nights after work I am always hungry. I usually see the line which is super long and I won’t stop. Tonight, I stopped at the McDonalds on Lindell Ave in Central West End in St Louis because the lines were short. I entered the line at 9:45pm with 2 cars in front of me. I waited for 30 min until 10:15 PM. During this time, I witnessed about 8-10 cars get out of the 2 lines and leave without waiting to get food. 2 cars were at the speaker in both lanes.
After 30 minutes, I put my window down and heard the people in both cars saying « hello, is anyone there? No answers. Since there was no response, I decided to forget about the food and get out of line to leave. I pulled around to see if anyone was actually working. No one was there. I pulled around to the second window. No one working… just 2 girls inside on their phones laughing and hanging out. It was ridiculous. Sad that I have experienced this at this McDonalds at night at least 5 times now. Happy to share any feedback with the manager to make their store better and stop losing an incredible amount of business. I am attaching a picture of the 2 girls « not working « .
