Couldn’t get ahold of DoorDash so tried calling to see if the bag was accidentally left there. Twenty minutes later no answer so I drive there just to ask to get the missing items or have it remade or something the manager heard DoorDash and immediately stopped caring and said you gotta call DoorDash acting like I’m an inconvenience! You customer courtesy no giving a damn nothing! Not even an I’m sorry. So I had to again pay for the half of the meal I didn’t get and the other half was ice cold by the time it was all said and done. Idk if the restaurant messed up or the dasher didn’t grab all the bags but between not answering and the manager not caring it’s obvious customer service doesn’t matter at this place!
- JCJosh CrawfordJan 22, 20261.0I pull up sit for 40 seconds then when someone pulls to the other side drive through they get there order before me I had to back up go to other lane tell them other side wasn't working he said its working just fine so I give him my order but he keeps talking over me so I wait for him to finish and give him my order again then I get cold food burgers have half the cheese on the bun half off and I got nuggets for my kid that was so hard my kid couldn't even eat it so I just ordered a pizza this place has bad customer service and even worse food go at own risk
