The staff, a woman is somewhat elderly and most likely of Latina descent, she was incharged in preparing orders at the counter (I entered the store and not on drive-thru). I won't go into the specifics of what transpired today, but to sum it up, I simply want you to know that you have the most impolite employee in all of McDonald's—no manners at all. The young lady employee that accompanied her is far more courteous. I hope that others won't have the same experience I had at your store.
