When I want a McDonald's breakfast sandwich I have two choices on my route to work and I always choose Old Orchard because they are so consistent and professional.

On my most recent visit, after two failed attempts at making a chocolate shake, I asked for a refund. They asked me to park and wait, I ate the cost (yum) and left. The ice cream machine is often completely down or malfunctioning and has been the case on multiple visits. Save yourself the time and go to Dairy Queen or elsewhere.
