  The staff could benefit from some basic customer service training. Very dry responses, no smiles, and it almost feels like taking your order is an inconvenience to them. The wait time for orders is always inexplicably long. The bread on my Big Mac was hard, but I only eat the middle piece. They put the apple juice inside the happy meal box, so the fries were very cold.

  The place is difficult to turn in and nearly impossible to get out if you're turning left to leave. I sat in the drive thru with no movement so I parked and went inside. It was 330 in the afternoon and 3 cars in the drive thru and another 6 people waiting for orders inside. Overall, 20 minutes to get food. The floors were horribly sticky which makes me question the cleanliness of the cooking area. I had a double cheeseburger. I'd think with this much business the bun would've been new amd fresh but it was very stale. I can say the fries were fresh and hot and the reason I added a star.

  I'm really starting to find McDonald's as the bottom of the barrel in fast food. 🤦🏾 Got spicy chicken combo & 6pc nuggets happy meal. Happy meal was good. Spicy chicken thrown together sauce overly slopped on sandwich making it basically inedible. I tried wiping off with napkins only to have more in bottom. 2 bites and tossed. Employee at speaker seemed uninterested in taking orders. And fries, the one thing you used to could count on were cold and unsalted. I'll only buy chicken nuggets from now on

  I promise if I could leave 0 I would the person working there with red hair was very rude she was yelling at customers saying no more inside orders and telling us the doors were locked for a reason you have hours of operation for a reason…my daughter asked for a sauce she slapped her thigh and told someone else to get it her dad asked why she had an attitude she said she didn’t but then proceeds to say man whatever when he said she’s rude and needs to check her attitude this McDonald’s was dirty and the employee we dealt with was rude and very unprofessional also THE DRIVE THRU WASN’T AVAILABLE so please tell Me how someone is supposed to order food from this location something needs to be done

  We were traveling and stopped here to get lunch. While we were waiting for the food they locked the restaurant. We did not realize they had done that until we sat down and people kept coming up to the door. My son trying to be nice let someone in and one of the workers screamed at him, Don't let anyone in here! It took forever to get our meal. They gave me a dirty cup for my drink. The food looked disgusting. We made them refund our money. And all the workers had the absolute worst attitudes.
