    5yrs ago I promised myself I'd never go back to this one.. I broke my promise and paid the price. Burger was cold with no onions, soda machine was out of CO2, got my dine in in a bag, no straws for drinks. We all know it's the worst mcdees around, can't believe corporate lets this place exist. I don't blame the staff, clearly ownership doesn't care so why should they?

    The staff are very rude they watch you come in and won’t acknowledge you until you have to wave someone down, then there’s an immediate attitude they need to fire everybody and start from scratch and to add insult there are mouse running around freely but the staff don’t care. To disgusting, I would encourage everyone not to eat there

    I’m a dasher and came to this store last night. Lots of young kids running the store at night and people leaving telling me not to eat there because they saw a mouse. As I walk in there were two other dashers, waiting for their orders. Bags were piled up and I said something. The manager or whoever, rolled her eyes, took her time, and rudely handed the dashers their orders. Lastly, came my order and she intentionally ignored me , went to dancing and looking at her cooks phone. Meanwhile I’m waiting for the food and I’m late for delivery. DoorDash didn’t care, said I can get my ratings back up in a couple deliveries. What you don’t understand is that ratings matter and situations like this, orders should be allowed to be cancelled and contact the customer for safety reasons. Needless to say I’ll never go there or dash there again. I recommend not ordering DoorDash from mcds at this location.

    I was in a drive through window for 35 minutes and nobody ever took ANYBODY'S order at all. I had to cancel my mobile order and leave. Now I have to wait for up to 7 days to get my refund. That was my last little bit of money I had to feed my kids. Not only did we not get food today, we will not be able to eat that meal until the refund is applied to my count, days later. THIS LOCATION NEEDS CLOSED. PLEASE!

    I’m not sure who owns this franchise of McDonald’s but they honestly need their franchise revoked. I placed my order online ahead of time. When I arrived at the drive through to pick up I had to wait at the speaker box for 15mins just to be told they are no longer taking orders. This was 4 hours before closing. So it wasn’t an issue of ordering right before they close. I told the person on the speaker that I placed my order online the response was “well you’re going to have to wait”. No further instructions of pull up nothing. I assumed it might have been a staffing issue but as I got closer to the pick up window. There was 4-5 staff members standing around talking. When I got to the window the person just stared at me no greeting or nothing. I honestly didn’t hear the man in the window even speak. Not joking. He said 0 words to me in our interaction and handed me my bag of food. At this point I had waiting in line for 45mins. I arrived at the speaker box by 7pm drove off right before 8pm. I didn’t even double check my food cause I waited so long. By the time I got home opened up our food it was cold and burnt. I have pictures of our quarter pounders. I can deal with one bad situation from a restaurant but bad service and bad food from a fast food joint that is supposed to be the most consistent fast food places in the world. Revoke the franchise of this location. Read the reviews from the last few months. I’m not the only one experiencing this.
