    The food was cold, I was upcharged for a hamburger happy meal lol. The area used to be nicer but sadly its a mess nowadays. The employees were hard at work, but the food was cold and hard. I won't be back.

    We my daughter and I, stopped here to just grab something quick. Had eaten all day. So we decided to stop here and go through the drive through. We ordered and paid for it with a very nice and pleasant young lady. But when pulled up to the window to get our food. A black guy was asking if this was our order. So I accidentally not looking at him said yes Ma'mae to him, he was so rude and so nasty toward me. So I said sir excuse me I apologize plz for give me. So he said do I look like I have breast. So I said after he was so rude and kept on saying rude thing. I said some men do yes. He became even levied toward me. So I said didn't I just apologize to you. I mean I said I'm sorry twice. What is the problem it was an honest mistake. So he handed me the wrong drink a water and a sprite. So I told him that we didn't order a sprite. He look at me with as if I was crazy. So I said we ordered a Dr. Pepper. So he just picked up a soda that was in front of him which was not a Dr Pepper. It was something else. So as he handed me the drinks with the straws and I couldn't get them all so I took what I could get. The black man with his breads in his head tied back.in a pony tail. Looked at me with such anger. Because I couldn't grab everything all at onece, because of my shoulder in which I was in an car accident, why I could grab the drink and straws all at the same time. This man was sooooo rude. I will never come back to this McDonald's nor will I allow anyone to come that I know. Who loves this place. I come here all the time. Always spending $20 dollars or more for breakfast or lunch. I came inside to take to a manager on site but the place was busy. So I left my daughter and I. Again it was a honest mistake and I did apologize twice as well as letting him know I was so sorry. But he just wouldn't let it go. What a complete jerk he was. I just lost my Mom at the hospital saying Yes Ma'am to the nurses and was raised to say yes ma'am. It was truly an honest mistake on my part indeed say that to him. But was treated like crap and given the wrong drink. And he just kept doing the most, with a look at us as if he didn't care and with such hate toward my daughter and I. At the end of the day we all make mistakes. After, again apologizing 2 and saying I'm sorry. Was truly no need to treat anyone like he treated us. I pray you all have a camera 📷 at that drive through because he needs to be reprimanded for his nasty treatment to people at the drive through. I tried so hard to let him know I was sorry but he just wouldn't let it go. So because of his nasty and horrible and rude action, not only will I not come again I will tell anyone I know not to eat at this establishment. And the way I was treated at the drive through window. "So rude and so nasty."

    Placed a Mobile order and pulled to the drive through. They said they were closing because they were low on staff. But when we drove around the building there were 5 employees eating out of mobile order bags. Need to get this store together.

    Never in my life have I seen some bs like this… just went to this god forsaken McDonald’s about 30 minutes ago. MOST SIMPLE ORDER EVER. Double cheeseburger with ONLY Mac sauce and light lettuce. They gave me a burger with everything on it, which is fine that happens. What doesn’t happen is lazy workers using their grimy fingers To pick off all the toppings that they messed up and put on my burger, Before putting the toppings that I originally asked for back on the SAME burger with half of the toppings they put on there still there…. Now I’m left within a disgusting amalgamation of McDonald’s ingredients. Not sure how this is allowed to happen. Just make me a new burger like what are we doing? Thank God, I don’t live in St. Louis and will never have to go back to this McDonald’s again.

    This McDonald’s needs a whole new management team. It cannot run smoothly for this to be Hampton and for to sit on a busy street. It cannot be like this like I just waited 30 minutes on a five dollar meal . I ordered an hour ago when I came to drive-through was packed like usual I don’t understand how they just let cars sit in the driveway. Doesn’t that eat up the drive-through time? How do they still have a drive-through? I went in to collect my food. Nobody was standing at the counter like usual I guess McDonald’s doesn’t hire cashiers anymore. Everybody’s always crowded in the back. Nobody speaks to you. No more when you come into McDonald’s at this point just change everything to AI stop hiring people fror McDonald’s if this is corporation wants to prioritize their customers. People don’t wanna work at McDonald’s anymore. They had a gentleman standing in the front he looked at lost. He looked at high. What a shame.
