    They literally took 45 minutes to get our order ready, then it wasn't even our order. Had stand back in line for ANOTHER 20mins just to tell them my order was wrong, then waited another 15-20mins for them to make the correct order. And the the food was Lukewarm when we finally got the correct meal!!! This McDonald's is the literal worst.

    I would give zero stars if I could, this has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever had the pleasure of never getting my food. A few months ago I ordered thru the app got to the restaurant a d they don't have my order. Manager claimed it never showed up on their end,but then all the sudden it did and then was gone again. I figured it was something with the app but then this time I ordered on the app again get to the restaurant and the doors are locked cars are in the drive thru but no one is taking orders it's only 8:30pm. Never will be back to this location

    I love McDonald's alot. I love the food but some stores one may encounter a not so good employee but as a whole McDonald's is a great place to get a meal or just a quick bite.

    Since I have time in the drive thru..... One person working dinner rush? This is pathetic. I have been sitting at this window for 10 minutes. Not fair to anyone involved. Edit: they "didn't have" the mobile order code I was given. And they didn't have the guy's behind me either. The worker said I had to go through the app to get a refund. Well the app says to go to the store. Which is it? Now I'm on hold with McDonalds customer service for another 20 minutes in the parking lot. UNACCEPTABLE!
