  We came through drive thru tonight and the lady working it was yelling at me through the microphone. We had to repeat back to her our small order 5 times and she still got it wrong. Then they didn’t salt the fries and our burgers were ice cold. I wouldn’t go here ever again.

  The people who work here are always rude! Learn how to properly greet your customers and say thank you. The black guy working the window 10/26 around 1:55 pm was hella rude. The woman at the second window was just as rude. Do better people

  The kiosks never give receipts so I don’t use them anymore. But there’s never enough workers. And you have to wait like 20 minutes for someone take your order. The man who finally came told me I needed to be quick , he was obviously stressed, but I thought this was rude. He rolled his eyes at me when I asked for ice because the ice machine was empty. While eating my food, a mouse ran across the floor. I would have complained to a manager, but I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. This McDonald’s is a hot mess!

  I wish there was a way to give less stars than one. I will NEVER.. visit this location again if it's the last place open in the city. Went through the drive through, gave them a code for a 1.39 fry and ordered a large ice water to go with it. Got to the window, my total was 6+ dollars. She said she did not put in my code, and since I had already used my app, I couldn't pull it back up again. She said there was nothing she could do, so I asked for the manager, who listened to about 4 words that came out of my mouth, pushed a button and walked away with an obvious attitude. Then she said she gave me a small water, because that's how they give out free water. I said I would gladly pay for a large soft drink if it meant I could have it filled with water. She said ok, and I paid and went to the next window. When I got there, it was the same snotty manager. She handed me a bag and a large coke. I said I needed a water not a soda, and she said she isn't ALLOWED to do that??? After arguing with her that I paid for a cup so that I could get the water, she told me to not ask for water at any Mcdonald's because no one will do it, which is firstly incorrect, because I have never had any issues before now anywhere... and secondly, a stupid statement. To top it off, she cut me off and was very rude and shut the window and walked away. Both employees clearly don't care about their jobs and that manager should be fired. Then I got to enjoy my ice cold soggy fries. If I had not already merged onto the interstate I would have went back and made them give me new fries. -5/10 experience at this store, and I have never had a good one there. STAY FAR AWAY, GO HUNGRY IF YOU HAVE TO. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SELF IMPORTANT WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES AND LOCATION
