I ordered food tonight from DoorDash when I got my food all 3 kids meals had no fries are apple slices I ordered two medium fries none of that came nor my 10 pi chicken nuggets how do you not pack half the food yet got paid full price very sad and a rip off

First, I want to say that I used to be a regular customer here, but the service and food have declined to the point where it’s honestly unacceptable. The food no longer tastes fresh; it feels like it’s been sitting out for a while before being served. On top of that, most of the staff aren’t wearing hair nets, and the customer service has gotten worse.
Almost every time I’ve gone through the drive‑thru, there’s been at least one issue with my order: missing items, soda drinks that taste like carbonated water, or something as simple as unsalted fries. And whenever I’ve gone back to get the item I paid for or have the order corrected, I’ve been met with either laughter or someone handing me salt packets instead of actually fixing the problem.
At this point, I genuinely believe the entire store needs a full retraining or at least stronger supervision. The standards here have dropped way too far for this to be ignored.
