They were EXTREMELY slow even without a line of customers and the idiot handed me THREE DIFFERENT ORDERS before getting it right 🤦♀️ i had to repeatedly tell her this food isnt mine and im sure they still gave the food out to who it actually belonged to cuz she put it back in the expedite area . And my food was cold .

When I tried to use the kiosk, the stupid machine wouldn't let me do what I normally do so I simply left. In reply to the owner, I have already called McDonald's corporate office yesterday shortly after my visit. I looked at other reviews and saw this store has a lot of issues. Mainly racial issues which is not cool. I don't have a racist bone in my body. In fact, I have several black friends and they are good people so for me to get treated like this in my opinion is unacceptable.

The other workers were extremely unmotivated and lazy. Overall the service was terrible and we will not be back.

I'm only giving one less star for the 25 min wait in the drive thru line due to low staffing. My food was the way I'd like it. I was visiting from Chicago.

My order was prepared accurately, which I really appreciate during a busy day. The only downside was that the fries were a bit cold by the time I got them, which was disappointing since McDonald's fries are usually the best when they're fresh and hot. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely come back. Just hoping for hotter fries next time.
