I have been to some bad McDonald's in my life but this one takes the cake. Lock bathroom for the guess no access to fountain drinks and when it came to getting drinks all they had was power aid and Dr pepper. On top of that the worst part is the The manager decided that the best time to scold a employee was in the middle of the dining room where all of the customers can see a hair what was going on. The very poor management skills on her part in something needs to be done in this place.

If I could give a 0 I would there slow as heck by time we got to window my food was cold and they didnt have coke magment or.someone needs to step in and take charge or better yet shut the place down

Standing in the counter for over 5 minutes was seen by multiple employees including the manager get no one came to the counter so I could pick up my order so now I have to go through their drive-thru line that's wrapped around the building but yet fast food workers demand 15 plus an hour but can't even offer proper service such as acknowledgment of a customer

I have had a case number open with McDonald’s customer care for over a year!!!!! and have yet to hear from a manager at this location, who seems to be the only person that can resolve my issue of a refund due to having been charged At the drive-through after providing my code, but never received product Because their frappe machine was down. I think somehow my code was still active and I got charged $17.88 for the person in back of me My case number is 31641740. It has been escalated multiple times. I feel like I just need to walk in there and ask to speak with the manager and show them all my documentation. This is actually quite ridiculous.
