  I went through the drive thru about 6:45am. I purchased a dozen donuts 1/2 glazed and 1/2 chocolate icing. Just open them and they are hard and stale. I rarely go to Krispy Kreme and this morning thought it would be a nice gesture to get my employees donuts and well I'm just very disappointed! I tried to call the location multiple times only for it to ring and ring then disconnect. I thought someone should know and possibly do something about it. I paid $17 something for 12 donuts which is ridiculous anyway and for them to be stale is just ridiculous.

  Went the other day and tried to order a dozen donuts. Asked for original glazed with creme filling. They said they were out, all good, told them that’s fine and tried to order original glazed. Lady at drive through just said “Sorry about that have a good night” and then proceeded to ignore us. We left. Came back today because the hot and ready sign was on. We ordered a dozen, lady taking our order was lowkey rude and rushing us. We paid and got our donuts. They were not hot and ready… definitely been sitting all day. Huge disappointment :/

  Came here to redeem my birthday reward, a drink, and a few extra donuts. I pulled up and all the shades were drawn and doors locked. No sign anywhere saying to use drive thru. Someone came and peeked out the blinds but still said nothing. Um what…just rude….so I went to drive thru. Told her that I had two pick up orders and told her my name. I get to the window and she immediately tries to hand me a box and says $16. There was no greeting at all. I said excuse me, then I told her my name again. She says oh, my bad. Let me get it for you. She hands me my drink and donuts. I pull off and hit the highway headed to Illinois. First thing I noticed was that my drink was wrong. I ordered a strawberry chiller. They gave me on with strawberry and lemonade mixed together. I couldn’t drink what they gave me because it was way too sweet. Then I opened the donut box to find donuts that I did not order or want along with the some glaze I ordered. Talk about old and stale. The look of the donuts in general were not appealing. They were not plump or soft at all. Looked like they had been sitting out for days. Either the quality of their donuts have gone down a lot or they just have employees who don’t care. Both the drink and donuts were thrown away. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. Next time, I will try the Fenton location and see if they have employees who give a darn. The Lindbergh location needs to be demolished. Needless to say, this is why I go to Walmart or Schnucks for donuts. Have never been disappointed yet when I go there. That’s sad because they aren’t solely a bakery like Krispy Kreme. I have already filled out the official survey I was given via email. So please do not respond to this review, asking me to do it again.

  I dont get donuts very often. However when I do the glazed chocolate donut is the one I want. We stopped this evening 12/22/2025 about 6:45pm. Placing the order was fine. We pulled around and waited also fine, no biggie. We were at the window never acknowledged by the employee also mo biggie. However as I watch the young man with Kool aid red hair work I began to question the point of his gloves. He boxed donuts, took credit cards and even took my cash and never removed them. Ki have worked in food service the gloves need to be removed after handling the payment method. He should not touch food after touching money. So I would also like to apologize to the lady behind me. My family is in the process of getting over a cold. I paid with cash, which was touched by him just before he boxed your food. If your family gets sick you can thank Krispy Kreme and there unsanitary methods.

  My last2 visits in probably 3 weeks,I go quite a bit have been horrible. I order on to good to go. The first time its says pick between 8-9pm. I get there at 8:20pm all lights are on doors are locked no one will answer the door or drive thru but we had ordered doughnuts, so were there about 20 min trying to get a answer but everyone is hiding. 7 other cars have come by for orders and no ones is answering so we address every one that comes thru and explain no one is answering. So tonight we ordered again and we get there at exactly 8pm, there are about 6 employees standing in lobby by the door just talking to each other and we try the door and its lock. They say there closed, we said we ordered and they just keep saying were so I show them my phone with the order through the glass they keep saying closed, no explanation nothing, lights are all still on, they are all standing there, the hot sign is on, and it says open till 9pm. Finally one person mouthes we close at 7pm which is ridiculous nowhere does it say the close at 7pm. While in the parking lot 15 cars come through so with to good to go orders some just trying to get doughnuts. We greeted everyone with they aresupposedly close and won't talk to you and you'll have to get refunds and we explain how because this has already happened twice to us. The store closing 2 hours early and the refusal to help customers understand what's happening is ridiculous and rude. The store in South County Missouri needs to be looked into.
