    Lobby is closed, lots of employees sitting around the lobby. Drive Thru employees don’t speak. Might as well have a robot there. Donuts are messy, chocolate is watery. Krispy Kreme used to have nice looking donuts, uniform in size. These look like a 5 year old put them together.

    This has to be the slowest KK in the world! They can't even handle more than 2 cars in the drive thru at a time every time I patronize this place. I can't believe these ADULTS are struggling to get 2 cars through the place in 10-15 minutes, and then complain that they only make $15/hour.

    My kids wanted me to come here and I knew it was a bad idea. Ordered online which I guess you should never do because they won’t have what you want available. Got there they only had chocolate strawberry and glaze, no specialty donuts I ordered which as you know are more expensive. Offered me the cheap glaze as a replacement. Cant refund for the rest. I had to call my children and said I will come in. Get to the door and the lobby is closed. Big suprise.. get back in line. Get regular glaze since I’ve already paid and dont want to leave with nothing. The girl offered me a different donut for free which I declined because I don’t eat donuts, my kids do and I just wanted my refund for what I’ve overpaid. She said I would have to call customer service for a refund. Also I guess they forgot about the free donut I added to my order for rewards. I will never be back. How hard can it be to make some donuts and have what you have on your menu ready. Ridiculous. Photo is of my plain $20 box of donuts. Should have went to quick trip.

    Very disappointed. Ordered two doze of the Halloween donuts the Sunday before Halloween for a classroom party only to find out when I get there to pick them up you don’t have my order. The first reason was you didn’t make enough but the manager says they ran out of ingredients. You didn’t even have enough respect to let me know so I could try to find them at other locations. Now all reliability is gone and will not order for future parties.

    In high school, I worked at this location (both in-store and drive-thru). It has gone so down hill in terms of service that I hope something changes. A family member went through the drive-thru recently and said it took 5 minutes for someone to greet them. I went about a month ago. After waiting about 3 minutes (recalling the importance of prompt answering, even if just to say we needed a minute before taking an order as we were timed and my bosses cared at the time, as they should), I pulled up to the window to see if anyone would take my order. An older woman just stared at me through the glass until I waved. She opened the window and asked if I was helped and said no as no one answered the drive thru. With a younger woman standing next to her at this point, she said, "Well, she has her head set on" (so did the older woman, so not sure what deflecting my comment and blame does). The young woman was kind and took my order. I was surprised by the sass. Not worth it. I hope the common courtesy of those working is trainable so this doesn't continue to be a trend.
