  Who gives out frozen donuts 🍩 😩 And even the other Rude ,mean window employee was not there at this location....We ordered at the window, I guess it slipped her mind of the most important thing that tap nor Apple pay was not available, we ordered not knowing what we were going to get no line....enough time for our thoughts and hers but drive up there is sign on her window paid get the donuts a frozen donut sets...Wow

  Was having trouble with a gift card, and the manager came out to help. Was really friendly and quickly resolved the issue. Excellent customer service, and the donuts were great as well

  Man this place lol 😆 One day you go into this place and order, and your experience is amazing. And because it's so laid back and the young man I had was so nice, he was kind, as well as patient. And because of his loving and caring spirit I ordered 4 dozens of doughnuts. 🍩 You buy one at full price and you get the second for $9.99 so I got 4 dozens. 2 of the dozens were for the nurses at BJC Heath Care at Christians Hospital, for the nurses on the 4th floor. Because of the amazing care they gave my Mom who was on Hospice at that time. So because of the way this young treated me. I decided to go back the next day. And get some more for the nurses at the Hospital. But this time, made me wish I hadn't gone the second time. Oh my God this young man with long finger nails was so rude and so unprofessional it was unreal. Treated me with less care as he did with those stale doughnuts he gave me. I asked for the special buy one dozen get the other for $9.99. Like I did the other day. These doughnuts were so stale and truly not good at all, period. He proceeded to go over by the drive up window 🪟 were they have some in a case over there sitting there for God who knows how long. But they were so stale and so dry the carmel ones I ordered were dry and flaky just not good at all, not moist like the krispy kreme doughnuts I had gotten the other day from the sweet young man who waited on me, who was so kind. These doughnuts were a mess when I got them in the car and got to the hospital. I opened the box to look at them and they looked a mess. So as I was there before I had left, I thought about my boss at work. So I go back in and the lady at the drive up window took my order. She was not friendly either. So she took my order. And she gave me doughnuts from the front counter and they looked so much better. So I order the 3 pack for my boss. And received them so unfriendly. I paid for them and kinda of walked away. And thought my boss might want something to drink with them. So I said excuse me can I get a white milk please. And she seemed to be bothered🙄😕 that she had to come pack and take my order again. Who does that. I'm spending my money, and mind you these doughnuts are not cheap at all even the milk isn't cheap $3.05 for a 16 once milk. You hear me. But they got the attitudes 🙄 at you. Listen, don't come to work if you are going to treat paying customers like trash and then you give out trash, with trashy attitudes. I pray and hope the young man with nails you dont treat everyone like this, you could never, ever take my order again. I would never ever come to this Krispy Kereme ever again in life. The money I spent for those 2 day in a row was well over a hundred dollars or more 💸 period. Point blank. The first time trust me my visit there was amazing was I was greeted with a lovely smile. 😊And the doughnuts in the front case those doughnuts he gave me were fresh and really good as well as the service he gave me. Which made me, to come back hoping I would see him again. But that second day, it was horrendous unexceptable and unprofessional period point blank. I have told everyone to please stay away from this place. Unless you get the young man without the nails. But if you do get the one with the long nails. Do not order. From him. And never, I mean never, let them give you doughnuts from the case by the drive up window, ask for the doughnuts in the front case they are much better indeed. 😉

  Krispy Kreme doughnuts were deliciously sweet and served warm—definitely the highlight. However, the medium smoothie was smaller than expected, and the customer service was very disappointing. The lack of professionalism really took away from the experience. I can’t say I’d be back because of it.
