There are several reasons why I won’t be returning to the store I used to visit once or twice a week. Firstly, the store is always staffed by two employees engaged in conversation while one person, usually the slowest in the store, works the register with at least three customers waiting… yes they see us, no they do not care. I once asked one to help me with a return she stated I had to go to the open register, when the associate asked her to approve the return she walked off to their employee section… make it make sense. Secondly, the sticker price on items does not match the register’s checkout price. Thirdly, the self-checkout system is extremely glitchy and scans items twice. After asking an associate to correct my error, she simply turned off the light. I noticed that she never fixed the issue, and when I returned, her response was, “I thought I did.” Fourthly, the store frequently loses power, and the frozen items are always on sale. I believe it’s time to invest in a backup generator. Lastly, children’s cold medicine that costs $7.97 at Walmart is being sold for $14.99 (no, you don’t get more). My husband has been telling me this place is a joke for years. Their sale prices on most items are the same as what other stores sell on a regular day.

This store gets worse every time I visit! We used to buy most of our groceries here but not anymore. Nothing is fresh, it seems like they’re freezing produce and then selling them. Went last night at 8 pm and most of the produce was already covered up by staff but they close at 9pm. Also they have a lot more conventional products now and a very limited organic selection so no point in calling it a health food store

They have a great selection but self checkouts are a bit much.. Feels like walmart. Also if you put in an order at the meat counter do not plan on getting it even if you finish your shopping.. 2 min to get her attention and nothing ready after making a rou d of the store.. Guess the 2 lbs of London broil is just going to stay where it is along with the lb of horseradish cheese.. VERY disappointed in the service!
