Like who even eats them plain like that? An additional disappointment is I read the reviews for all the locations around me and most location reviews sucked and more than 1 talked about getting donut holes with no glaze as well so its a thing with DD I guess. Won't be back to any DD if I can avoid it.

Anytime I order cold foam, it’s either not put on, or it’s whipped cream (not a big deal, but not the same and you’re paying for the extra.) If you order any bagel or donut after 12pm, chances are they are out and rarely offer to refund unless you ask. They offer a donut which is less the price when you can’t get a bagel. I understand running out, but completely running out for the full day before noon is a little frustrating when they are open till 8. They don’t take the option to purchase off the app either. I would say thoroughly check your order before leaving.

Today I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso and received what was essentially a glass of milk. I told the guy at the window, and he just repeated me my order like I didn't know what I asked for. Never again.
