- JCjoshua conyers2 days ago1.0Place is trash. Filthy. Ordered three donuts and two ice waters for my kids and was told to pull around . When I looked at the screen my total was $5 and change. When I get to the window the Indian Guy asks me for $9. When I ask him how that’s right, he explains the ice waters were ~1.50 each. For ice water. Screw this place. I feel like he could have put that on the drive thru screen instead of just thinking I wouldn’t notice. Will never be back. Will stay at A and A donuts right up the road. Much better. And cleaner.

Andrew tried to clam the situation but was called to the window by the other guy claimed to be the manger, didn’t get a refund and they did not make it right before I left the store Came back the next day manger still was not in and still have not got a refund on any food, everybody inside has horrible customer service and acted like they had no idea what to do and couldn’t even call the manager to help the situation. Going to corporate with this review on this direct store
