Seems upper management may have issues understanding their customers' needs too. Edit: Finally arrived after another 35 mins, cold and hard... and all the app will offer is a medium pizza or 20% next order? Sorry but I spent over $30 and was served old food and treated like crap, I deserve my hard earned money back to feed my son and I, what kind of restaurant is this? One that does not care about people. Not to mention, the pepperoni and green peppers was supposed to have New York Style crust. But you can see how old the cheese is and the crust was hard as a rock...
