    I don't know what happened this year, but this dominos has become so awful. I used to never wait. Take the estimated wait time and quadruple it if you want an accurate result.

    So many of my orders were wrong I had to take what they gave me and walk out! I want to talk to a manager over the dominos because I want to eat there still but they mess up the experience. if I ask for boneless wings and the girl says shes out of boneless and I need to take the bone in wings that she accidentally put in instead of what I ordered. None of the staff proceeded to put the boneless wings in they just ignored me. I want to talk to a person over them IMMEDIATELY.

    Placed our order no delivery driver so we went and picked it up at the store lady forgot our drinks and dipping sauces so we called back. Very rude customer service we told her she forgot our stuff and asked for a refund on the drinks and she started yelling and slammed the phone down to hang up. Got the whole order wrong.

    First off the manager hung up on me not because I was rude or disrespectful but because they are unable to answer simple questions or communicate properly about procedures. I was given the wrong the pizza and no one wants to take accountability for it. I will not be returning and I will make sure I share this with everyone.

    Adding to all of the other bad reviews feels like a waste of time, but it's as much as I can do. I started by calling the corporate customer service, but hung up after being on hold for thirty minutes. We used to order from Domino's regularly - only delivery. For years it worked the way it is supposed to. Last month, we ordered a pizza online that showed up an hour late, cold, and not at all similar to the toppings or sauce that we ordered. The worker who answered the phone was rude and it was a pretty terrible experience. Last night, we decided that the bad experience was probably a one-off and we should give them another chance. This time it was worse; we ordered a pizza that we paid for and never received. After waiting over an hour for the deliver (after the estimated delivery time), then waiting on hold for about ten minutes, the manager said that if we wanted a pizza we would have to come get it because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I have no idea why they took the order in the first place. There was no attempt to fix the problem, they would not cancel the order so we were charged for the pizza, and they were incredibly rude. I thought we would find a different Domino's location for next time but now I know that the same company, MBR management owns most of the locations around here (I spent the thirty minute hold time researching the location owner). No more Domino's for us. Ever.
