I started by calling the corporate customer service, but hung up after being on hold for thirty minutes. We used to order from Domino's regularly - only delivery. For years it worked the way it is supposed to. Last month, we ordered a pizza online that showed up an hour late, cold, and not at all similar to the toppings or sauce that we ordered. The worker who answered the phone was rude and it was a pretty terrible experience. Last night, we decided that the bad experience was probably a one-off and we should give them another chance. This time it was worse; we ordered a pizza that we paid for and never received. After waiting over an hour for the deliver (after the estimated delivery time), then waiting on hold for about ten minutes, the manager said that if we wanted a pizza we would have to come get it because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I have no idea why they took the order in the first place. There was no attempt to fix the problem, they would not cancel the order so we were charged for the pizza, and they were incredibly rude. I thought we would find a different Domino's location for next time but now I know that the same company, MBR management owns most of the locations around here (I spent the thirty minute hold time researching the location owner). No more Domino's for us. Ever.
