About 50% of the time I have someone confused on how to make it and build it on the refresher type, with cold foam and then have to change oat milk to protein milk. Very annoying. Train your people.

When I was coming here last year it was fast and good and the guys that worked here were amazing in the morning. Now it's mostly women with colorful hair and the service sucks and you wait in the drive for ever. Like today it was 20 minutes. I just don't get it.
