I would think you would want to greet people like it’s their first time coming in and assist them With the building of their meal.Management needs to train this individual or get someone else to do that job.. my chicken bowl flavor is good, but not hot. They can do better. I was a waitress for 8 years you smile when you don’t want to. And assist the most difficult customers with a smile. it’s all about customer service.

First time I came, the machines were down and had to place order online while in the store which I did and received my food 20 minutes later, the white rice was not fully cooked it was hard and the chicken was old, not fresh, maybe from day before. Second visit I waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the counter and there was no more white rice or chicken and the wait for white rice was 30 minutes. DO NOT EAT there, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
