  This establishment is completely disgusting and I will never spend money here again. My order—a simple chicken bowl—was completely messed up. When I received my food, it was cold, looked unappetizing, and tasted terrible. Do not come here. My experience was terrible.

  I don't generally take to Google for a review BUT I want folks to know. So the Black lady thicker hair glasses at the front of the line where you tell them what you want bowl wrap etc. Between 8:00pm and 8:20 pm i observed here pull her phone out and type on it and reach i assume back in her pocket and with the same gloves she had on and never changed the gloves she did that with prior to going back to helping guests. Her attitude seemed a bit unfriendly also I understand you were busy but that seemed off.

  To the woman who was on cashier Friday the 10th around 11/12! Thank you. For being kind and just giving praise on me being a young teacher !! It’s been hard being a young teacher and I was nearing that breaking point and your positivity meant more to me than you even know. Also great burrito !! Usually not a Chipotle fan but that al pastor is hitting !

  This Chipotle is a stand out Chipotle based on their excellent customer service. We walked in as a large group just prior to closing and was greeted with amazing service by not just the manager, but every person working that late Friday night - not typical of most chipotles or any other food service place just prior to closing. I would come here a million times over just because they are that much kinder here! Thank you - so hard to find genuine over the top customer service these days!
