Once we realized, I tried to call customer support...which took so long I just went back 30 minutes to the restaurant. They wanted my old salad back & didn't offer any sort of reimbursement or coupons or seem very apologetic. When I asked if they were going to just throw the old salad away & that I'd take it if so, they said they'd just keep it. I really hope they didn't end up giving it to another customer because I had picked each bit of cheese off it before when I was contemplating eating it, and threw them all back on when I decided to go back for a new salad

I ordered a #1 meal with mac & cheese as my side at the drive-through, but when I got home I realized they gave me fries instead. I turned around and went back. The drive-through was full, so I went inside and explained the situation. The employee asked for my receipt and told me that mac & cheese wasn’t on the order. I told her that was what I asked for and that I was willing to pay the difference if it was entered incorrectly. She charged me an additional $2 for the mac & cheese, then took the fries out of my bag and put them back on the heat rack to serve to someone else, which was surprising. Because I had to drive back, I asked if I could get a fresh sandwich since mine had been sitting for a while, but they left the original sandwich in the bag while waiting for the mac & cheese. When I got home, the sandwich was cold and soggy. I usually love Chick-fil-A and have had great experiences in the past, but this visit was really disappointing.
