When I asked why it took so long it was “because of a large order”, I didn’t know a spicy biscuit and an order of chicken minis was considered a “large” order. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced slow service here, just thought it would have gotten better by now. If there was an award for slowest service these guys win the gold medal.

Been coming here since this location opened, I hoped with time they would become faster but unfortunately nothing has changed since opening week. update: just waited again for 20min in the mobile lane. what's the point of having a "fast lane" if you still wait 20 min
