    Can we stop with these ridiculous up charges please? Chips and cheese is not an upgrade, that's the standard side. It's also fifty cents to get a tea spoon of rice put on something

    Put in an order online. Said order would be ready at 2:17. Was at the restaurant by 2:15. Got a notification that our food was ready at 2:42. Waited another 5 minutes for it to be brought out. My items were cold as if they were made first and then sat aside and then they made the rest later. All of this while all of the staff including what appeared to be their lead manager or staff were dancing and carrying on in the back. I’m all for a fun work environment but it sure didn’t seem like anyone was concerned about any of the issues they were having.
