  Me and my boyfriend had Pizza Hut DoorDashed to us and we got a thin crust pizza with just sauce that was burnt to a crisp. We called Pizza Hut and told them that this was not what we ordered and if we could come in and get what we wanted and they said “sorry your gonna have to take that up with DoorDash” like why the hell can I just not get the right damn pizza made man. DoorDash couldn’t give us no support with it. Now we wasted $30 on a pizza that is burnt to a crisp with no toppings. Thanks for not doing your job. I will never be coming back here again and I will be contacting your management.

  Just bought 4 pizzas and breadsticks for my family. We frequently have pizza night and order from here. Never again. The crust (that didn’t have toppings) tasted horrible, like the butter they used was left out. It tasted rotten. I called to let them know. I said, “Hi, I just came for pick up and the pizza crust tastes bad.” She put me on hold to “look up” my order (even though I never gave her my name) and then hung up on me. I wasn’t rude and I wasnt even going to ask for a refund because the main part of the pizza was fine. The breadsticks were fine. The crust at the end of the pizza was inedible it was so bad. I ordered stuffed crust as well as hand tossed and it was all bad. Highly disappointed won’t be going back to this store. Oh and it smelled horrible in the store. Like month old garbage they never took out.

  Bought 3 large pizza and not one of them had the crust baked through. They were all very doughy. I'm sure it has something to do with the oven but they need to fix. The pizzas were not edible although the toppings looked good.
